Well Visits

Regular well visits are an important part of keeping your child healthy as they grow. These routine checkups allow your pediatrician to monitor your child’s physical, emotional, and developmental health at every stage, from infancy through adolescence.

During a well visit, we focus on prevention, early detection, and guidance to help your child thrive.

What to Expect During a Well Visit

Depending on your child’s age, a well visit may include:

  • Growth measurements, including height, weight, and BMI
  • Physical examination
  • Developmental and behavioral screenings
  • Vision and hearing checks
  • Immunizations and vaccine updates
  • Nutrition, sleep, and exercise guidance
  • Discussion of milestones and school performance
  • Answers to questions about your child’s health and development

We encourage parents to share any concerns about behavior, learning, sleep, eating habits, or emotional well-being during these visits.

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups. We recommend that you call our office 2 week(s) in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs.
